Automation, stage and control of DELTAPIX microscopes
DeltaPix provides solutions for the automation of microscopes of all types and brands, such as motorized focus and XY control. With DeltaPix software solutions, all types and sizes of objects and samples can be scanned, time-sequenced at up to 100 positions, looped images and much more with magnified focus and microscopic detail, resulting in images impressive quality and unique detail. Contact DeltaPix for a quote on a complete solution that is exactly tailored to your automation or scanning application.
DeltaPix motorization modules allow you to add automation and control for XY motors, focus and zoom. Motorization modules can be combined with other software modules to allow the user to perform automated tasks such as extended focus imaging with up to 250 focus positions, 3D surveying of a sample surface, scanning, time-lapse recording at up to 100 positions. , in loop. image acquisition and much more.

ERGOFOCUS
ERGONOMIC FOCUS MOTOR CONTROLLER

This unique DeltaPix focus controller offers a high-quality, ergonomic solution for automated microscope focusing.
The ErgoFocus design is based on feedback from end users and physiotherapists to achieve the best possible working ergonomics. The ErgoFocus has a very compact design of only 134 x 135 x 80mm and takes up little space.
The ErgoFocus has USB connections, increasing its versatility, and two ultra-precise focus encoders that give the user the option of using the controller left and right handed. The controller also has an OLED screen that offers an accurate readout of the position.
ZEISS MICROSCOPE AUTOMATION

DeltaPix products interface directly with all Zeiss microscopes via the Zeiss MTB server.
This allows control of the XY and Z axes, filters, shutters, and readout of magnification settings and other variables.
Control via the MTB server can be combined with direct control of stages like Prior or Siskiyou.
AUTOMATION OF THE MICROSCOPE FOCUS

A simple and easy solution to convert an old microscope into a 3D microscope.
DeltaPix provides solutions for the automation of microscopes of all types, such as motorized focus and motorized XY axis. With DeltaPix automation solutions, it is possible to convert most old microscopes into a modern 3D microscope.
Capture extended focus images with up to 250 slices with ease, create a 3D topography of the sample surface, and enable roughness measurement. With the automation solution
DeltaPix, no need for a new microscope, reuse your old microscope and get the same results as a new 3D microscope.
Save the environment by repurposing your old microscope with a DeltaPix automation upgrade.
The focus motor can be controlled by DeltaPix ErgoFocus.
MICROSCOPE FOCUS MOTOR

Simple and easy to install Z solutions for most microscopes.
Motorized focus control provides step sizes as small as 0.002 µm, providing excellent resolution for precise and repeatable Z-axis focusing. This focus motor can be mounted to most microscopes as long as a knob is available fine focus under the microscope.
For large movements where speed is required, the focus motor can be driven at speeds of up to 20 revolutions per second. An optional probe type encoder provides the highest accuracy and repeatability available. The drive has a swivel cord system,
designed to prevent the cable from being twisted around the drive. The focus motor can be controlled by DeltaPix ErgoFocus.

XY MOTORIZED MICROSCOPE STAGE

DeltaPix can provide solutions for most types and brands of microscopes and integrate with well-known brands and manufacturers of XY stages such as Prior, Marzhauser and Ludl.
Prior's ES111 OptiScan stage is designed for upright microscopes and offers the optimal compromise between price and performance.
The ES111 has been designed to use Prior's range of ProScan stage sample holders. This allows examination of the widest range of sample types, including glass slides, multiwell plates, Petri dishes, and polished metallurgical samples.
