Vac Coat vacuum coating systems range from high and low vacuum sputter coaters such as the DSR1 and DST1, typically used for sample preparation in electron microscopy imaging, to high vacuum sputter coater/thermal evaporator systems such as DST2-TG or DST3-T with many optional options. features including a plasma cleaner, used primarily for deposition of thin films for research purposes.
