Functions

1. Two-sided profile scanning function

It obtains the object's profile by scanning the surface with a T-shaped stylus, then the software can calculate the 2D and GD and T sizes based on the profile.

2. Thread scanning function

It can scan common thread gauges for rings/plugs, tapered thread gauges for rings/plugs, single thread gauges for rings/plugs, trapezoidal threads, sawtooth threads, multi-head threaded workpieces, lead screws, etc. The software can then analyze their integral parameters, such as internal and external diameter, profile parameters, etc.
